Where You’ll Work

This position is based in our Northern Delaware market , with flexibility to support multiple showroom locations as needed in the Newark and Wilmington area. You’ll have the opportunity to make an impact across a dynamic and growing region.

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team to consistently meet and exceed goals

• Provide clear performance insights through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

• Contribute to company success through other duties as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required ; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  
  


• Previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  
  


• Commitment to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, or professional development opportunities
  
  


• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence effectively at all levels of the organization
  
  


• Proven ability to manage the full sales process from planning to closing deals
  
  


• Solid business acumen and industry knowledge
  
  


• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring, coaching, and managing teams

Physical & Other Requirements

• Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs., frequently lift or move up to 25 lbs., and consistently handle up to 10 lbs.
