A Per Diem pharmacist position is available to provide vacation coverage at a pharmacy located in Galion, OH. This role requires availability on select dates and the ability to support daily pharmacy operations during regular business hours.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Pharmacy operates from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM with no lunch closures
- Vacation coverage needed on August 10–14, September 14–18, and November 25
Responsibilities include:
- Managing over 200 prescription verifications and data entries daily using PioneerRx software
- Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries
- Conducting data verification and product verification duties
- Receiving and signing controlled and narcotic drug deliveries
- Collaborating with a team that includes three full-time pharmacy technicians
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and clear Ohio pharmacist license
- Minimum of 1 year recent retail pharmacy experience
