- Immediate need for flexible staff with availability across Greater Cincinnati & NKY
- Hours may increase as our agency continues to grow
- Opportunities to pick up additional shifts based on your schedule
Must-Haves
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- One year of professional experience under nurse supervision WITHIN THE LAST 2 YEARS OR completion of CNA, STNA, or MA certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (Hoyer lift experience a plus)
- Valid driver’s license, up-to-date auto insurance & reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel up to 25 miles from your address (we aim to keep you close to home)
What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers)
- Provide med reminders/cues or medication support (DSP level)
- Maintain a safe, clean environment
- Document and report client changes
- Support clients with appointments, errands, and community outings
- Engage clients in meaningful, enriching activities
