Lead Technician
$20–$28/hr | Full Time | Columbus, Ohio

We are immediately hiring for a Lead Technician. To be considered for this position you must have at least one year of prior experience in field or role for cleaning, lawn care, and maintenance. This position involves a multi-step interview process.

This is hands-on, physical work. You’ll be climbing ladders, working in different weather conditions, and staying active throughout the day. If you’re looking for something easy or laid back, this isn’t the right role.

Minimum Requirements

• 21+ with a valid driver’s license (must pass MVR check)
• Reliable transportation
• Clean criminal background
• Smartphone with data for scheduling and team communication
• Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and handle physical workdays (~45 hours/week)
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Full time availability March–December

What You’ll Do

• Power wash homes and surfaces with consistent quality
• Clean windows using professional equipment
• Use ladders, lifts, and equipment safely
• Keep job sites organized and equipment well maintained
• Work efficiently with teammates to deliver excellent results
• Drive safely to and from job sites
