We are seeking a Communications Agent to join our growing team in Cleveland. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our clients, internal teams, and external audiences. You will help shape and deliver clear, consistent, and engaging communications across various platforms. This position requires excellent verbal and written skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit internal and external communications, including newsletters, announcements, presentations, and reports.

• Coordinate messaging and ensure consistency across all communication channels.

• Support in organizing company-wide initiatives and communications plans.

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts and suggest improvements.

• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and communicate updates or strategies clearly.

• Assist in the preparation of communication materials for campaigns, meetings, and public engagements.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.

• 1+ year of experience in a communications, administrative, or customer-facing role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with teams.
