Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and driven 1099 Contractor specializing in website and graphic design. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is not only proficient in traditional design tools but is also enthusiastic about leveraging AI and other cutting-edge technologies to accelerate the creative process and deliver high-quality outcomes quickly. Key Responsibilities

· Rapid Prototyping and Design: Quickly design and iterate on visually compelling, user-friendly websites, landing pages, and user interfaces.

· Graphic Content Creation: Produce a wide range of graphic design assets, including logos, social media graphics, marketing materials, and digital ads, often on tight deadlines.

· AI-Powered Workflow: Actively utilize AI-powered design tools and platforms to generate concepts, iterate on designs, and produce final assets efficiently.

· Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and integrate emerging design trends, new technologies, and the latest AI tools to keep our brand fresh and innovative.

· Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

· Proven Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional skills in both website design and graphic design.

· Tech Proficiency: High proficiency with standard design software

· AI Enthusiast: Demonstrable experience or a strong, expressed interest in using AI-powered technologies to expedite design tasks.

· Speed and Quality: A proven ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing the quality and impact of the final product.

· Creative and Driven: A highly creative mindset paired with a self-motivated, results-oriented work ethic. You should be a problem-solver who can work independently.
