What You’ll Do

Sales & Customer Experience

• Run in‑home consultations and design tailored fencing solutions
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and contracts
• Build trust through clear communication and follow‑through
• Close deals using a consultative approach
• Network with realtors, HOAs, and local partners to generate new opportunities

Operations & Project Management

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and quality installations
• Manage job timelines, materials, and scheduling
• Coordinate with installers and resolve issues early
• Keep customers informed throughout the project
• Maintain safety, compliance, and high workmanship standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and installers
• Help refine systems and processes as we scale
• Model accountability, professionalism, and calm problem‑solving
• Represent 76 Fence professionally at community events, networking opportunities, and industry touchpoints

Required Qualifications

• Experience in home‑services industries (fencing, roofing, pest control, landscaping, HVAC, exterior services, etc.)
• Experience in sales, operations, or a customer‑facing leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and self‑motivated
• Financial literacy — budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis
• Ability to operate with autonomy in a small‑business environment
• Strong work ethic and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to job sites
• Willingness to learn fencing products and installation processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field
• Familiarity with CRM or project‑management tools
• Comfortable with cloud‑based/SaaS systems
