At this time, we are looking for a Commercial Construction Project Coordinator that holds a self-efficient work ethic. [Duties]
- Assist the Project Manager in managing all administrative and technical requirements including contract administration, change order processing, submittals, purchasing, cost coding and closeout
- Provide detailed reporting and support to keep track of schedules and changes in construction, materials, manpower, and subcontractors
- Log and track subcontractor insurance certificates, W9 forms, pay applications, lien waivers and submittals
[Requirements]
- Previous experience as Commercial Construction Project Coordinator or Project Manager Assistant
- Good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite and Procore project management software or similar software
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
[Details]
- $60k - $80k a year
- 401(k) matching, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Paid vacation and sick days
- You will have you own office
