Rate: $82,000.00 $108,000.00 + Full Benefits
Shift: Monday Friday | No major holidays | No on-call

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Physical Therapist to join our team, with opportunities to work across pediatric and adult orthopedic/neuro populations . This is a full-time, weekday role offering a healthy work-life balance, professional development opportunities, and the support of a highly collaborative rehabilitation team.

Location Options:

• Zanesville-based PTs will rotate between Zanesville, Somerset, and New Concord clinics.

• Coshocton-based PTs will have a primary work location in Coshocton.

• One hour built into each day for documentation

• EPIC EMR system

• Robust mentorship and peer support

• CEU allowance plus multiple free on-site CEU opportunities annually

• Cross-training opportunities available in areas such as inpatient, vestibular, women's health, and sports medicine

• Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus (based on scheduled hours)

• Evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan with physical therapy interventions tailored to individual needs

• Develop and implement care plans with specific, measurable goals

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, patients, and caregivers to optimize recovery and outcomes

• Maintain accurate documentation and records within the EPIC system

• Participate in staff meetings, in-service training, and continuing education

• Travel between designated clinic locations as required (if applicable)

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio

• BLS/BCLS certification required

• Experience in pediatrics, ortho, or neuro settings is preferred but not required
