The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Cards & Payments domain, particularly in credit card platforms, and will lead testing efforts for credit card migration projects. This role demands strong leadership, domain knowledge, and hands-on experience with card processing systems like TSYS-TS2. **Required Skills** + Extensive experience in Cards & Payments, with a focus on credit card platforms. + Strong understanding of card lifecycle functionalities: + Card origination + Product changes + Fraud transfers + Payment allocation + Fees and financial charges + Hands-on experience with TSYS-TS2 or similar platforms. + Proven success in credit card migration testing, including data validation and reconciliation. + Familiarity with payment networks (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and transaction processing flows. **Job Responsibilities** Testing Leadership: + Lead and manage end-to-end testing for credit card migration projects. + Define and execute test strategies across functional, regression, and UAT phases. + Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure complete test coverage. + Validate critical card processes: issuance, authorization, transaction posting, and settlement. + Oversee defect management: triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking. + Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and other relevant standards. + Maintain detailed documentation: test plans, test cases, execution reports, and defect logs. Tools & Communication: + Proficient in JIRA, HP ALM, or equivalent test management tools. + Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. + Ability to mentor junior testers and guide offshore teams to ensure quality and consistency. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$97371 to $121364 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
