Pay Rate: $20-$26 per hour, based on experience Farm and Home Hardware is seeking an experienced and reliable Appliance Service Technician to join our growing team in Ashland, Ohio. If you have a knack for troubleshooting and repairing home appliances and enjoy delivering top-notch customer service, we want you! Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain various household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, and microwaves.
- Provide exceptional customer service through professional interactions with customers.
- Order and maintain inventory of parts needed for repairs.
- Complete job reports and documentation accurately and promptly.
- Two years appliance repair experience required.
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
