Office Manager

** Key Responsibilities**

** Driver Management & Recruitment**

• Recruit, screen, and onboard new drivers to support division growth.
• Maintain driver files, credentials, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure all drivers meet company and regulatory standards.

** Scheduling & Daily Operations**

• Create and manage daily driver schedules to meet operational needs.
• Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate call-offs, business volume, or emergencies.
• Monitor and correct driver clock-in and clock-out times to ensure payroll accuracy.

** Policy Compliance & Performance Management**

• Ensure drivers follow policies regarding attendance, time-off requests, and operational procedures.
• Document performance issues and implement disciplinary actions in partnership with HR at the Toledo office.
• Conduct check-ins with drivers to support performance, communication, and morale.

** Administrative Duties**

• Maintain organized office operations, records, and communication processes.
• Serve as a key point of contact between drivers, office personnel, and management.
• Assist with reporting, data tracking, and operational planning as the division grows.

** Qualifications**

• Previous experience in office management, transportation, dispatching, or scheduling preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with field employees.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a rapidly growing environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, basic HR processes, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
