As aTelemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lori Smul - State Farm Agent, your creativity and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. - Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant client information.
- Provide initial information to potential clients and answer basic questions about insurance options.
- Maintain and update a database of prospects and client interactions.
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry preferred.
- Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Good organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agencys growth.
