Hot Shots is a high-energy neighborhood sports bar where great food, cold drinks, and an unforgettable game-day atmosphere bring people together. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our team, drive sales, and create an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant and bar operations
- Hire, train, coach, and develop front and back of house staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and payroll
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and food & beverage costs
- Maintain health, safety, and liquor law compliance
- Lead game-day operations, special events, and promotions
- Drive sales while maintaining profitability
- Foster a positive, accountable, team-first culture
Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant or sports bar management experience
- Previous General Manager experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing P&L, labor, and inventory
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required
- Knowledge of beer, liquor, and sports bar operations is a plus
