Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)
This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses. Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full support provided)
Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of your start date

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to existing customers while helping maintain strong relationships that drive retention and satisfaction. This role is primarily service-focused, with the opportunity to develop sales skills through needs-based conversations and coverage recommendations. Success in this role is measured by customer experience, accuracy, and contribution to overall agency growth. Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate policy information Assist customers with policy changes, updates, endorsements, and billing questions Support customers through the claims process and follow up as needed Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions Build strong relationships to support customer retention and satisfaction Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage when appropriate Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience Ensure compliance with agency standards and applicable regulations Qualifications
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Effective communication and active listening abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Prior customer service experience preferred Willingness to learn and participate in sales conversations Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above What We Offer
