Payment Processor

We work with 1,250 school districts in 39 states and 8 Canadian provinces carrying approximately five million students in 21,000 schools daily.
The Payment Processor sets up, monitors, and maintains employee union dues deductions as stated by the union contract. Processes and prepares union dues payments to various unions in a timely basis. Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- Set up union dues deductions in corporate payroll system.
- Perform weekly comparison against union database and active company records.
- Audit monthly union invoices/ billings.
- Produce weekly union dues reports from reporting system.
- Accurately process union dues payments.
- Ensure timely payments are made to the union.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years union payroll experience.
- Accounting experience required.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellence in customer service.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel; advance knowledge is preferred.
- Good organizational skills required.
