Responsibilities * Welcome visitors, candidates, clients, and team members in a professional and friendly manner. * Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area. * Assist visitors with general questions and direct them to the appropriate team member. * Coordinate visitor arrivals and help maintain an organized front-desk experience. * Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. * Help prepare meeting and common areas for scheduled visitors and team activities. * Maintain basic front-desk records and daily visitor information. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, professional, and approachable personality. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team. * Previous receptionist or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
