Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of air ducts in residential properties.
• Assess and address customers' indoor air quality needs, offering appropriate products as necessary.
• Maintain and operate company-provided equipment, including vehicles, phones, and iPads.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.
• Participate in continuous training to stay updated on best practices and industry advancements.
• Comply with all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Willing to travel to all 3 of our locations in Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed.

Experience Preferred (not required)

• EPA Universal Certification
• Previous experience in duct cleaning or a related field is a plus, but not required.
