Role Description:
Arcadis is seeking an Expert Management Consultant to spearhead the growth and delivery of our Emergency Response Planning Cyber Security and Disaster Recovery services across the U.S. This role combines strategic leadership business development client engagement and delivery excellence to position Arcadis as a national leader in resilience and disaster recovery.
Working across Arcadis U.S. business lines you will help define and implement our go-to-market approach for preparedness response and recovery spanning pre-disaster planning and hazard mitigation through post-disaster response assessment and reconstruction. Clients will include public and private organizations such as federal and state emergency management agencies utilities ports transportation authorities industrial manufacturers and major asset owners.
Role Accountabilities:
In this role you will drive the strategic growth and market development of Arcadis Emergency Response and Disaster Recovery business by shaping the go-to-market strategy strengthening key client and partner relationships and advancing service innovation across the resilience ecosystem. You will serve as a visible industry leader guiding pursuit activities elevating Arcadis value proposition and ensuring high-quality delivery that supports long-term client success and organizational growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Growth & Market Development: Lead the go-to-market strategy for Arcadis Emergency Response and Disaster Recovery business aligning initiatives with Climate Adaptation and Water Management priorities. Identify and secure high-value opportunities across federal state and private-sector markets while building strategic partnerships to enhance reach and competitiveness. Collaborate with client account leads and business line leaders to integrate offerings into existing portfolios and leverage client relationships. Provide insights on market trends funding mechanisms and client needs to guide long-term positioning and investment decisions.
Service & Proposition Development: Define and enhance Arcadis value proposition for pre- and post-disaster services including emergency response cybersecurity rapid deployment recovery management and business continuity planning. Support development of capability statements case studies and pursuit materials and collaborate with technical and digital teams to integrate innovative data-driven solutions into service offerings.
Client Engagement & Delivery Leadership: Serve as a visible ambassador for Arcadis within the resilience and emergency management ecosystem building trusted relationships with agencies program offices and industry partners. Lead early capture and positioning for strategic pursuits while coordinating with proposal contracts and delivery teams to ensure a seamless pursuit-to-delivery process. Contribute thought leadership through industry forums events and publications and oversee project delivery to maintain technical quality client satisfaction and opportunities for ongoing growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- 15 years of relevant experience in emergency management disaster recovery and/or risk resiliency.

Arcadis offers benefits for full-time and part-time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days of PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $174697 - $222739. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
