Job Title: Packaging Operator | 1st and 2nd Shift | $17-$19 + HR

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Packaging Operators to join our expanding team. This role involves monitoring the assembly line of food products, packaging finished products for shipment, and ensuring the quality and cleanliness of the facility. We have positions available on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the assembly line of food products coming out of production.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Lift up to 50lbs while standing for an 8-hour shift.
• Clean the facility floor and equipment.
• Label finished goods and perform visual inspections of packaging.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of previous manufacturing experience in a production setting.
• Comfortable standing for an 8-hour shift.
• Comfortable working in a food environment that may contain allergens.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous food manufacturing experience is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in a GMP environment that prohibits jewelry, fake eyelashes, and piercings. The facility is well lit and comfortable, though it can be cold in certain areas where jackets are provided. The floor is wet, ensuring adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Avon, OH.

The pay range for this position is $17.21 - $20.66/hr.
