We are looking for licensed massage therapists, estheticians and yoga instructors that would like to find their home with us.



About Us
Essential Escape Spa was started in Strongsville, OH, and now has 3 locations (Strongsville, Avon and Medina). Our Medina location is located off busy Medina Square on the South Side (210 E Smith Road),
Strongsville is located on Pearl Road across the street from The Market District (16000 Pearl Road, Suite 215), and
Avon is located on Detroit and Jaycox intersection (34970 Detroit Road, Suite 108).

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of services and body treatments
• Educate clients on the services and products offered
• Maintain accurate records of each session
• Show up 15 mins early for all shifts
• Set up and shut down of service rooms
• Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals
• Ensure a clean and safe facility
• Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations

Qualifications

• At Essential Escape we offer a variety of services, but proper training in deep tissue, therapeutic, and Swedish massage is a must for massage therapists, for estheticians we are looking for someone that can do a variety of facials and waxing
  • If you have a unique service or certification that we do not currently offer, we are willing to tailor a service around those skills just for you
• We would prefer that you have at least a year of experience, but if you don't and think that you are ready don't let that stop you!
• Hold current state license and liability insurance to practice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great customer service and people skills are a must for us
  • Strongly service oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with clients in a one-on-one setting
• High level of ethics and integrity
• A passion for helping people look and feel their best
