Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Subsurface Assistant who will be instrumental in supporting our three divisions: technical, vacuum excavation, and pipe. This role encompasses a wide range of duties and responsibilities, including assisting with various subsurface services, shop and truck maintenance, and equipment setup and drop-off.

This position presents a tremendous opportunity for the right candidate to gain experience in all our service areas and grow into a lead role within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the performance of utility locating, vacuum excavation, video pipe inspection, pipe cleaning, trenchless pipe repair, and traffic control services.
2. Maintain shop cleanliness and organization, as well as conduct necessary maintenance on trucks and other equipment.
3. Assist with equipment setup and drop-off at job locations.
4. Work closely with lead personnel to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
5. Contribute to a safe and productive work environment.
6. Learn and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Basic technical and mechanical knowledge required.
2. High School diploma or equivalent required.
3. Ability to work in a team environment.
4. Ability to lift heavy equipment.
5. Strong communication and organizational skills.
6. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
7. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
