Sales Director - Aerospace & Defence USA
- Develop and lead U.S. defence and aerospace business strategy
- Establish partnerships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and technical buyers
- Manage full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification through bidding and closing
- Collaborate with US and global engineering teams to scope and quote complex composite solutions
- Report sales metrics, client feedback, and competitive insights to UK leadership
- 5+ years in composites, aerospace, or defence sales
- Proven track record of winning business with US primes or leading OEMs
- Understanding of the composite materials sector
- Proactive, strategic mindset with contract-closing experience
