Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Job Description

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for keying in health insurance enrollments through specific carrier websites and portals, adhering to strict deadlines. You will connect with customers over the phone regarding their enrollment applications and play a critical role in ensuring accurate member data management while delivering outstanding customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain member and provider information in internal systems.
  • Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Respond to member and provider inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding benefits, claims, and eligibility.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring follow-through.

Work Environment

The work environment involves standard hours from September to October, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Starting November 1st to December 15th, hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am-7pm, and Friday, 9am-5pm. Mandatory weekends are required starting November 1st, working either Saturday from 10am-2pm or Sunday from 11am-3pm. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software, with a focus on Excel.

This is a Contract position based out of Richfield, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
