Cleanroom Assembler - 1st Shift - 22/hr!

Responsibilities

• Assemble full production equipment, ensuring quality and precision from start to finish.
• Perform plug and play low voltage DC wiring and read schematics/electrical drawings.
• Attach components such as sensors and relays to power up assemblies.
• Develop skills to use oscilloscopes and volt meters to test and log electrical failures.
• Confirm final inputs/outputs before products are sent to customers.
• Utilize hand tools like screwdrivers to assemble sub-assemblies into a finished product.
• Read blueprints and mechanical drawings accurately.
• Run calibration testing on all assemblies in the calibration lab.
• Train in troubleshooting and testing assemblies independently.
• Log work details into the SAP system, including downloading necessary software.

Essential Skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with basic office software and Excel.
• Experience in assembly and subassembly processes.
• Tracking work orders efficiently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Test equipment experience with oscilloscopes and volt meters.
• Experience in electromechanical repair and wiring.
• Electrical optic troubleshooting skills.
• Laser/infrared assembly and troubleshooting experience.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, climate-controlled, and well-organized environment. The position involves sit-down work with a typical schedule of 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with minimal overtime. The workspace supports focus and productivity.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, OH.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
