Assembler
Cleanroom Assembler - 1st Shift - 22/hr!
Responsibilities
- Assemble full production equipment, ensuring quality and precision from start to finish.
- Perform plug and play low voltage DC wiring and read schematics/electrical drawings.
- Attach components such as sensors and relays to power up assemblies.
- Develop skills to use oscilloscopes and volt meters to test and log electrical failures.
- Confirm final inputs/outputs before products are sent to customers.
- Utilize hand tools like screwdrivers to assemble sub-assemblies into a finished product.
- Read blueprints and mechanical drawings accurately.
- Run calibration testing on all assemblies in the calibration lab.
- Train in troubleshooting and testing assemblies independently.
- Log work details into the SAP system, including downloading necessary software.
Essential Skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with basic office software and Excel.
- Experience in assembly and subassembly processes.
- Tracking work orders efficiently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Test equipment experience with oscilloscopes and volt meters.
- Experience in electromechanical repair and wiring.
- Electrical optic troubleshooting skills.
- Laser/infrared assembly and troubleshooting experience.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, climate-controlled, and well-organized environment. The position involves sit-down work with a typical schedule of 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with minimal overtime. The workspace supports focus and productivity.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
