Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Renal / Medical-Surgical

Location: Cincinnati, OH
Duration: 8 Weeks
Schedule: 3x12 Hour Night Shifts | 36 Hours/Week
Shift: Nights

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a specialized Renal/Medical-Surgical unit. The RN will provide high-quality patient care for kidney disease, kidney transplant, dialysis, and general medical-surgical patients while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

• Provide care to renal, kidney transplant, dialysis, and medical-surgical patients

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and disease management

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Collaborate with physicians, nephrologists, transplant teams, and interdisciplinary staff

• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

• Float to other units as needed based on patient care requirements

• Diploma of Nursing

• Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License

• Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Ability to provide culturally competent patient care

• BSN

• 5+ years of RN experience

• Renal, transplant, dialysis, or Medical-Surgical experience

• Experience in acute care hospital settings
