**1st Shift Janitorial / Custodial Associate**

We are seeking a dependable **3rd Shift Janitorial/Custodial Associate** to support facility cleanliness and safety standards.
**Job Duties & Expectations:**
* Perform AIB janitorial and custodial cleaning tasks
* Operate a **scissor lift** to clean high and hard-to-reach areas (candidate will be on the lift for the majority of the shift)
* Complete additional cleaning or facility support tasks as assigned
* Follow all safety procedures while working at elevated heights

**Training Schedule:**
* Training will begin on 3rd shift for 2 weeks then move to modified 1st/2nd shift 10:30a to 430p
* After training is completed (approximately **2 weeks**), the candidate will rotate to 1st shift

**Pay Rate:**
* **$16.50 per hour (starting rate)**

**Requirements:**
* Must be comfortable working at heights and operating a scissor lift
* Ability to work independently and follow detailed cleaning instructions
* Strong attention to safety and cleanliness standards
