Position Summary

The Designer is responsible for executing high-quality, brand-aligned creative across a variety of marketing channels. This role works closely with senior designers and cross-functional partners to bring campaigns and initiatives to life through thoughtful, effective visual design.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow—bringing strong design fundamentals and a curiosity to learn and develop within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Core Responsibilities

Visual Design & Execution

  • Design and produce creative assets across print, digital, and in-store channels — including menus, signage, marketing collateral, social media, and web graphics
  • Execute design work based on established brand guidelines and creative direction
  • Apply strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and composition
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and production standards

Campaign & Asset Support

  • Support the development of marketing campaigns and promotions through visual design
  • Adapt existing creative across multiple formats and channels
  • Assist in preparing design files for print and digital production

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and brand teams to support creative needs
  • Work closely with senior designers to refine concepts and execute final deliverables
  • Incorporate feedback effectively and iterate on designs

Production & Asset Management

  • Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files according to specifications
  • Organize and maintain design files and assets
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all outputs

  • Create and adapt high-quality assets across print, digital, social media, signage, and in-store formats using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Collaborate professionally by incorporating feedback, supporting team needs proactively, and preparing accurate production-ready files for print and digital channels

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field — or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years of professional design experience (internships included)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating foundational design skills across print and digital
  • Understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback

Preferred

  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or consumer brand environments
  • Familiarity with digital and social media asset creation
  • Exposure to environmental or in-store design (signage, menus, décor)
  • Basic knowledge of print production and file preparation
