Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals on their journey to mental wellness? Join our dedicated team as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) and help create a safe, supportive, and healing environment for our residents during the overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night
• Conduct routine room checks and maintain accurate documentation
• Support residents in adhering to their treatment plans and facility rules
• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff and participate in shift change reports
• Maintain a clean, structured, and therapeutic environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in behavioral health, residential care, or similar setting is a plus
• Ability to remain alert and responsive during overnight hours
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Must pass background check and drug screening
