Sales Associate
This is a remote position.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
Strong understanding of the sales process and customer dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
