Noor Express Logistics Inc is seeking a Logistician to perform the following duties:

- Oversee the acquisition and scheduling of freight loads and transportation services to ensure efficient utilization of company trucks and drivers.

- Direct the allocation and coordination of transportation resources, including trucks, drivers, fuel, and routing schedules.

```
- Forecast and coordinate freight demand with available transportation capacity to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
```{=html}
```
- Monitor operational risks related to transportation activities, including delivery delays, equipment issues, and route disruptions, and implement corrective measures.
```{=html}
```
- Manage and improve transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software used for load tracking, scheduling, and operational reporting.

```
- Review trucking and logistics operations to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and optimize delivery timelines.
```{=html}
```
- Serve as a liaison between the company, freight brokers, customers, and drivers to ensure clear communication and smooth transportation operations.
```{=html}
```
- Develop strategies to reduce transportation costs, optimize routes, and improve overall efficiency in freight delivery operations.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Transportation Management, or a related field. Foreign equivalent degrees are acceptable.
