We are seeking a leader to manage and support the Workers’ Compensation Litigation support team. This role is ideal for someone with experience leading litigation support staff in a legal environment who enjoys building teams, improving workflows, and supporting attorneys in a fast paced practice.

Requirements
- Three to five years of experience managing litigation support staff
- Strong understanding of litigation processes
- Prior experience in workers’ compensation or high volume litigation preferred
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
