Exscape Group is scaling fast, through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, and we're looking for an HR Director who wants to build, not just maintain. This is a rare opportunity to architect a people function from the ground up: designing scalable systems, unifying culture across a growing family of entities, and partnering directly with executive leadership on the decisions that shape our future.

You'll join a collaborative, talented team in a hybrid role that blends strategic autonomy with the energy of an in-person, fast-moving culture. What You'll Own

Strategic Leadership & Organizational Design
Build an HR roadmap that flexes with growth, seasonal demand, and M&A activity. Design org structures alongside executive leadership and lead cultural integration across newly acquired entities.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development
Own recruitment strategy across corporate, branch, field, and seasonal roles — including our H-2B visa program. Build leadership pipelines for crew leads and supervisors, and shape career pathways that keep top talent growing with us.

Compensation, Benefits & Performance
Standardize pay practices across entities, lead open enrollment, and bring market-informed thinking to compensation strategy tied directly to business performance.

Compliance & Employee Relations
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on the complex stuff — investigations, restructuring, employment matters — while keeping us compliant across every jurisdiction we operate in.

Systems & Analytics
Take the reins on our HRIS ecosystem (Aspire, Inova, Intuit) and build the dashboards that turn workforce data into strategic decisions.

M&A Integration & Change Management
Lead HR diligence on new acquisitions and build the playbooks that make every integration smoother than the last.

Shared Services Leadership
Shape how our shared services model works — clarifying roles, workflows, and support between our centralized team and branch leaders across the platform.

Company Communication
Be the voice behind the moments that matter — policy rollouts, org changes, engagement campaigns — ensuring every message reflects who we are.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, plus 5–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Experience in PE-backed, seasonal, or field-service industries strongly preferred
  • A track record of leading M&A HR integration and scaling workforce infrastructure
  • Deep knowledge of multi-state compliance, H-2B programs, and labor relations
  • The kind of leadership presence that drives cultural change and earns trust at every level
