Job summaryCompile and record production data to prepare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of raw material and other aspects of production.
Summary of essential job functions
- IQMS
- Ensure all production reporting is completed daily.
- Tracking and updating Manufacturing reports on routine basis.
- Ensure all supporting services and materials such as work orders, labels and documents etc. are provided to MFG in the appropriate time frame
- Ensure Filing and storage of production records to comply with company procedures.
- Creation of packaging specifications and retrieve approvals as necessary
- Cycle efficiency
- Responsible for generating and issuing production works orders.
- Responsible for the internal printing of labels for all work orders.
- Quality
- Responsible for maintaining and issuing production performance reports to the head of manufacturing.
- Responsible for entering and maintaining accuracy of production packaging specifications.
- High School Education
- Minimum 2 year experience in production environment .
