Customer Service Representative - Reynoldsburg

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers to create a friendly and inviting store atmosphere.
• Assist customers by answering questions, providing information about promotions and loyalty programs, and addressing their needs.
• Accurately and efficiently perform all point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
• Stock, tag, and organize merchandise on the sales floor to maintain store standards.
• Clearly communicate the buying and selling process to customers.
• Support overall store operations by performing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment and a strong sense of urgency.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Attention to detail for inspecting and handling merchandise.
