Customer Service Representative - Reynoldsburg

Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers to create a friendly and inviting store atmosphere.
- Assist customers by answering questions, providing information about promotions and loyalty programs, and addressing their needs.
- Accurately and efficiently perform all point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
- Stock, tag, and organize merchandise on the sales floor to maintain store standards.
- Clearly communicate the buying and selling process to customers.
- Support overall store operations by performing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment and a strong sense of urgency.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Attention to detail for inspecting and handling merchandise.
