Scrum Master Lead
Location : PA - Pittsburgh, OH - Strongsville, AL - Birmingham, TX - Dallas, AZ - Phoenix

Function of the Group: Product and Pricing
Initiatives/Projects: The role will work within Home Lending Originations will work with crews that solve for business problems related to First Mortgage and Home Equity products.
Industry background: Mortgage and home equity lending
Roles/Responsibilities:
• The Scrum Master will partner with a minimum of two crews.
• The Scrum Master will guide the crews to follow agile practices and help with ceremonies.
• Facilitate ceremonies, such as daily stand ups, retros and demonstrations of product output.
• Coach crews in Agile methodologies.
• Escalate to appropriate resource when issues occur (could be product owner, tech lead, tech manager).
• Collaborate with any vendor partners on planning and escalations Must Have Technical Skills:
1. ADO Experience (Admin, including queries)
2. JIRA Experience
