THE POSITION:

Are you passionate about service, community, and keeping things moving with purpose? Join us as a Donation Attendant, where you'll be the first touchpoint in transforming everyday generosity into life-changing opportunities.

As a Donation Attendant, you will:

• Greet every donor within 10 seconds, be courteous, helpful, and ready to assist.
• Receive and organize donations with care, ensuring all items are properly handled and stored.
• Separate wares and textiles, maintaining flow and order based on standards.
• Maintain accurate donor logs and provide tax receipts when requested.
• Keep the donation site clean, safe, and in line with our brand image—because every detail matters.
• Collaborate with transportation and store teams as needed to ensure smooth operations.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Basic math and price evaluation skills
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in retail or processing preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred or looking forward to work toward completion.

THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 lbs regularly
• Comfortable with standing, bending, and repetitive motion
• Dexterity to handle small items and perform sorting tasks efficiently
