Key Responsibilities * Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately as outlined in repair orders * Use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to troubleshoot and test systems and components * Inspect and repair systems such as engines, transmissions, drivetrains, suspension, steering, brakes, HVAC, and electrical * Coordinate with service advisors to communicate findings and recommend additional services when necessary * Complete all warranty and manufacturer-required repairs according to established guidelines Preferred Qualifications * 2+ years of hands-on mechanic experience * Previous experience working at a Ford dealership is a strong advantage * Skilled in using diagnostic software and tools * Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability * Good communication skills and basic computer literacy * Professional, team-oriented, and dependable attitude * Willingness to adapt to evolving technology and service procedure * Must have a valid driver’s license We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
