**Weekend Maintenance Technician $29/hr - $37/hr** **Clean, Climate Controlled Distribution Center** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment. This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our production processes. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot issues on machinery and perform necessary repairs. + Schedule and conduct maintenance work for all equipment. + Analyze and diagnose equipment problems and breakdowns. + Recommend and implement service and repair actions to resolve performance issues. + Make appropriate equipment repairs or modifications to solve operating and performance problems. + Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment following company procedures and policies. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of experience in distribution facilities maintenance. + 2+ years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance or applicable schooling. + Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, automation, and maintenance tasks. **Why Work Here?** Join a thriving team in a climate-controlled warehouse setting with opportunities for growth. The primary shift is from Friday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8:30 PM, with the flexibility to pick up hours during the week to achieve a 40-hour workweek. Additional shifts include 1st Shift (7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday), and various shifts in Asheville/East Columbus and for Technicians. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
