****Here's how it works****

• Partner receives SCA business inside the territory from all 3 CHANNELS : Residential, Commercial & Service
• Territory Service Coverage RADIUS = 40 mile
• PAYMENT GUARANTEED by SCA, no need to chase customers for payment, claims, collections, EVen if they don’t pay us, we pay you
• Residential intake = SAVINGS = Photos (before) , detailed Estimate/SOW Customer/Contractor/Sales transparency, efficient/easy Supplies Prep, 1-VISIT execution
• Use GOOGLE apps for EVerything: gmail, calendar, drive, maps + automated messaging for all parties involved
• Payment TERMS = Residential 15 DAYS , Commercial/Service NET 30 day terms - Cash flow is King
• This is a contract for Services, as your schedule/demand changes we still need to be PRIORITIZED against your existing customers, constant dance
• Contractor REFERRAL , split to 90% if you send your residential EV charging customers over to us. 3% rEVenue cut for commercial customer referrals + the install biz
• You'll need to complete our COST SHEET in order to determine your Minimum Viable Pricing ( MVP ) so we can match those values through our estimating software, in addition to confirming our standard SLAs in order to meet our customer demands + ensure value and pricing elasticity is met within the territory
• We may send you regular electrical LEADS from time to time that have nothing to do w/ EV charging, for those, they are yours to keep
• AUTOPAY from SCA, no need to send invoices to us for payment, etc. once project is 100% complete, then payment is already in process
• REVENUE SHARE % split model , the more we sell the more we all make, this is a partnership, nothing left on the table
• Our 60/40 split (Contractor = 60%, SCA = 40% of the electrical SOW) is increased to 70%inside the Residential "Jobs Board" portal if SOW confirmation response time is within 24hrs.

SCA value comes from performing the following:

1. Cost of Lead/Generation
2. Admin for processing information & data
3. Sales for contacting, TMAN, pull & communication support
4. Estimating Software for accurate, detailed & crisp identification of SOW for project value
5. Scheduling w/ Vendors, Contractors & Customers
6. Logistics & Coordination of EV chargers and installers
7. Expertise in all things EVs & EVSE Technology & Experience (up-to-date software)
8. Capital Cost of purchasing EV chargers upfront
9. Merchant Processing & Finance Fees
10. Project Management for Planning & Timely Execution + QA/QC
11. Liability/Risk + Branding & Reputation for being the GC & Responsible Party for customer complaints
12. Shipping cost for delivering EV chargers to partners
13. Targeted Marketing upfront cost of advertising, SEO, customer referral programs & social media
14. Accounting Responsible for all customer Receivables & Payables
15. Tax Liability for all things State Sales & Use, Federal filings
16. Warranty & Troubleshooting/Diagnostic Support
17. Customer Service & Dispatch Support when needed

What Your Day Looks Like: Your day will be spent on site, installing and servicing electric vehicle charging stations, about 70% being residential, 25% commercial, and 5% service. You'll have your schedule for the day in advance, so you'll be able to plan your time accordingly. Using your electrical knowledge and the information given to you by the HQ team, you'll ensure a safe, clean install or service of each station, each time. As with many electrical jobs, your daily tasks will be similar, but the environment may not. You will be installing and servicing charging stations indoors and outdoors and may have to access attics, basements, or other non-climate controlled areas. You'll travel daily throughout the Jacksonville area, but will be home in the evenings.

What You’ll Need to Succeed : To be successful in this role, you'll hold a valid and active Electrical Contractor's license and driver's license, and have your own truck/tools. You will have 10+ years of experience in residential and commercial electrical work. You are comfortable working independently, but have access to a helper/apprentice if you need help. You’ll have a base knowledge of electrical systems and electric vehicles, even if you don’t drive one yourself. (We’ll give you our specific training, but a working knowledge will be helpful!) Multi-tasking, time management, and staying organized will be critical for your success. You will need at least a base knowledge of Google Calendar, Google Drive, and GMail and will have a device capable of taking/uploading pictures. Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing, strong interpersonal skills, and a problem-solving attitude will set you apart from other candidates.
