Job Description

Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to work remote/hybrid in Dallas, TX/NYC/Akron, OH. This person will lead complex system migration initiatives from start to finish. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with business stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless system transitions while maintaining ongoing retail operations. The role requires hands-on management of project plans, burn-down charts, and budget tracking.

The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects. The role operates in a fast-paced retail technology environment where system downtime directly impacts store operations, requiring careful change management and contingency planning to minimize business disruption during critical migration phases.

PR: $65-70/hr

Skills and Requirements

MUST HAVES:

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Operations/Information Systems, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management within retail, e-commerce, supply chain, or corporate transformation environments.

• Proven experience managing large, cross-functional programs/projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse stakeholder groups.

• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations. PLUSSES:

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Atlassian tools, Jira, Confluence).

• PMP/PMI/Six Sigma certifications.

• Experience working with enterprise systems (POS, ERP, merchandising, supply chain, or digital platforms).

• Proficient in Microsoft 365.

• Experience in OCM.
