Head of School
Educational Directions is pleased to represent St. Anne's Episcopal School , an independent day school in Middletown, Delaware serving students in preschool through eighth grade, in its search for a dynamic, visionary Head of School for July 1, 2026.
St. Anne's is situated on a serene 125-acre campus 30 minutes south of Wilmington, DE and an hour from Philadelphia. It is an uncommonly diverse and welcoming community in which students are challenged, inspired, and nurtured by a talented, dedicated faculty. Throughout its 23-year history, St. Anne’s has fostered a warm, supportive environment that offers children an outstanding program focused on academic, social‑emotional, and spiritual enrichment. The next Head of School will have the opportunity to build on this strong foundation, strengthening its vision and direction to create a lasting legacy.
The ideal applicant will have experience as a successful senior-level independent school administrator or Head of School, possess a high degree of emotional intelligence, and hold an advanced degree.
