Registered Dental Hygienist
Position: Pediatric Dental Hygienist

Overview:
A well-established, patient-focused pediatric dental practice in Springfield, OH is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dental Hygienist to join their full-time clinical team. This practice is dedicated to providing high-quality, gentle dental care in a fun and supportive environment for children and families.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $48–$55 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Schedule:
- Full-Time position
- Consistent weekday schedule (details provided during interview)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pediatric dental hygiene procedures, including coronal polishing.
- Take and review dental radiographs as needed.
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventative care.
- Assist in maintaining a positive, calm, and child-friendly environment.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection control protocols.
- Work collaboratively with dentists and clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care.
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio Dental Hygienist license.
- Coronal polishing certification required.
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Gentle chairside manner with children of all ages.
