Schedule: 8am-5pm, Tuesday-Saturday

Salary ranges from $68,640-$87,651 + Financial Incentives

The Recovery Village Columbus is an accredited adult rehab facility that is physician-led and committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate care for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Job Duties

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with appropriate licensure/certification required, Masters’ Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field preferred.

• Licensed in the State of Ohio:

• LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor)
• LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker)
• LMFT (Independent Marriage & Family Therapist)
• LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
• LSW (Licensed Social Worker )
• MFT (Marriage & Family Therapist)

• Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• CPR and BFA Certification required.
