YOUR SCHEDULE

You choose how many days you work — part-time or full-time, the flexibility is real. All shifts start at 9 AM so routes run smoothly and clients are taken care of.

No nights. Ever.

Experience cleaning? Nice, but not required — we train everyone in The Serenity Way.

• Show up on time, every time (9 AM start is non-negotiable)

• Clean homes thoroughly using our Serenity Way system and checklists
• Drive between jobs using your own vehicle
• Keep a professional, friendly attitude with clients at all times
• Occasionally help with extras like laundry, dishes, or light organizing (hello, extra tips)
• Use eco-friendly, non-toxic products — safe for you and everyone in the home
