The Surveyor will oversee and manage surveying projects, including boundary surveys, land division, and mapping, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute complex surveying projects from start to finish.
- Conduct detailed field surveys and supervise survey crews.
- Interpret legal descriptions and land records for boundary determinations.
- Prepare and review survey maps, plats, and reports.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and client communication.
- Provide expert advice on surveying methods and regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of state and local surveying laws and standards.
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
- Extensive experience in land surveying.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Proficiency in surveying software and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and client interaction skills.
