Customer Service Representative - Grove City

Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers, creating a welcoming and enjoyable store atmosphere
- Assist customers with questions, provide information about promotions and loyalty programs
- Perform all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently
- Process, tag, hang, and stock merchandise on the sales floor
- Communicate the buying and selling process clearly to customers
- Maintain store standards and support daily operations as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers and initiating conversations
- Able to meet physical demands, including frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Attention to detail for inspecting and handling merchandise
