Lincoln Center Manufacturing is a small, family-owned business in rural Ohio, known for high-quality metal design, fabrication and repair. Our close-knit team works on everything from vacuum tank trucks to custom projects and in-house product lines.

Job Summary:

We are hiring for a tank builder. You will weld and fabricate the tank bodies as pictured on the gallery on our website (lcmohio.com) and other custom fabrications. Occasionally need to roll and bevel the sections for the tank bodies as well. The tank bodies are made from ¼ carbon steel or aluminum.

Key Responsibilities/Qualifications: ·

MIG welding experience in fabrication environments· Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and weld prints· Ensure jobs meet quality specs and tolerances, including visual/dimensional inspections· Maintain accurate documentation, checklists, and test records· Self-motivated, able to work independently while following established procedures· Comply with all safety rules, PPE, and training requirements· Proactively seek tasks, stay engaged throughout shifts, and communicate reliably· Produce high-quality work with integrity, maintaining clear communication with team and customers

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
