About the Opportunity
New York Life Insurance Company is seeking leadership-oriented individuals to join our Fast Track Partner program. Selected candidates will start as financial professionals to gain hands-on experience, with the opportunity to transition into management as an Associate Partner after meeting program requirements.

- Enroll in the intensive six-month Associate Partner Training Program, designed to prepare you for management success.

Responsibilities
- Complete all program requirements to become an associate partner on the management team.
- Present financial solutions including life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds.
- Hire and lead your own team of financial professionals.
- Gain practical experience as a financial professional helping clients develop long-term strategies.
- Participate in the six-month Associate Partner Training Program.
Qualifications
- Motivated, goal-oriented professional seeking a challenging career.
- Some sales experience required.
- Knowledge of cultural markets is a plus.
- Experience in financial services or insurance industry required.
- Multilingual abilities in Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages are advantageous.
Compensation
$100,000 per year in plan commissions.
